Our Slitter Knives are produced with every operation in house including heat treatment and cryogenics. Durable, high grade steel combined with effective treatment processes means reduced downtime, increased production, and significant cost savings.
Slitter knives & Spacers
Stripper rings are available up to 30" outside diameter. The two most common materials are Buna N (Nitrile) and Urethane, both cast & millable.

CRYOGENIC TREATMENT
New-Form offers in-house cryogenic metal treatment services, adding a critical hardening stage to its manufacturing process. This hardening stage adds compressive strength and durability to New-Form Tools products, resulting in greater fatigue strength.
