Flux Leakage Testing 

Magnetize the tube. Any abnormalities will have the flux pattern leak from the surface as a result of a defect.

• Must be used on magnetic materials, with no OD limitations, and wall thickness up to 5/8” wall.

• Good for ID & OD sensitivity. Can inspect flash in material.

• Minimal contact required, product has to be cool to the touch.

• Can inspect aluminized and coated materials.

• Can inspect rounds and profiled cross sections.

• Ideal system for structural mills, meets ASTM and ROPS standards NDT

• Can only be used with Magnetic Material

• Can inspect ID Scarf-in or ID Scarf-out Material

• Does not have the “skin effect” on coated material

• Minimum OD = 0.500” (12,7 mm) and up

• Can test up to 0.625” (16 mm) – Small. Large and Extra Large systems available.

• Calibrates 10% notches, and 0.03” (0.8mm) holes
